How Does Your Merchandise Get To Us?

  •  When you purchase from the vendor they send your merchandise over to our facility where we keep track of all the merchandise that we will be receiving from you for the day. We keep track of all your merchandise that’s coming in just in case you have any questions about any particular vendor or merchandise.

The Label Removal Process

  • After we receive your merchandise we take it over to our label removal department. There we carefully remove the label off your garments. Our team takes strict precautions in this process insuring you the best end results on your garments.

Wait, what if my merchandise is damaged or missing?

  • We take care of that for you! Before we begin the label removal process we insure that the merchandise is complete. Although we don’t check each piece for any damages, we do report the pieces that have obvious flaws and are plainly visible to the staff in charged of label removal. We contact the vendor in which the merchandise came from and get it replaced. If that style is sold out we ensure that the vendor give you store credit.

The Labeling Process

  • Once the old label from the vendor is removed we take your merchandise over to our label department. There we sew on your label to your garments. To make sure that your merchandise looks in great condition, we match the color of the garment with the thread that we use on your label. After the sewing is done we add the final touches. We trim any excess thread hanging around the label insuring great visual quality.
One Last Look
  • Before we send the merchandise off to you we give it one last look. This time we check every piece individually insuring that label is properly placed and sewn on properly. That way we make sure that you’ll be happy with the merchandise you receive.
